Listen before you buy - that's what bandcamp is for. We don't do returns for records you don't like. Them's the breaks. If records are damaged or lost in transit then we will have to put in a claim to the delivery company. We usually use Royal Mail. You will need to provide details for us to make a successful claim and the timescale will be out of our control.
